4. Orders and Pricing

Order Process

• All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Minimum order quantities may apply
• Custom orders require detailed specifications and approval

Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Additional charges may apply for custom specifications
• All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to require advance payment or credit approval
• All bank charges for international payments are borne by the customer

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier
• Customer is responsible for inspection upon delivery
• Claims for shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Products meet industry standard specifications
• Custom specifications require written confirmation
• Quality certificates available upon request
• Products are manufactured according to ISO standards

8. Returns and Warranty

Returns

• Returns require prior written authorization
• Custom products are generally not returnable
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless product is defective
• Restocking fees may apply

Warranty

• Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
• Warranty period is 12 months from delivery date
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse
• Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective products

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability shall not exceed the value of the products sold. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products, services, and materials remain with the Company. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.
